Muhammad Tahseen Siddiqui, Founder and Chief Development Officer (CDO)

“Tahseen Siddiqui Youth Development” (TSYD), intends to carry on with the

development of success oriented mindsets by emphasizing that ‘The Success is YourDestiny’ (TSYD).

He is an ex Pakistan Air Force officer. He reached the dignified rank of Wing

Commander. During his 26 years stay in Pakistan Air Force, since 1981 till 2007,

he underwent training at PAF College Sargodha / PAF Academy Risalpur / Air

War College PAF Faisal and successfully accomplished variety of assignments

related with senior level management, training and development and Recruitment

and Selection. His exposure of, undergoing Snow Survival course (1988) at the

Asia’s highest ski resort Naltar , Sea Survival course (1989) in Arabian Sea, and

handling of national/international level sports events (SAARC Games 1989), has

been a reason for his unmatchable ability of team building/leadership skills.

Since 2007, he has been a Marketing professional, in an advertising agency, Head

of HR Department, Freight Service National Logistic Cell (NLC) and a Visiting

Faculty of Management Sciences, in Public and Private Sector Universities. In this

value added corporate career, he conducted management development workshops,

managed conferences and seminars and has developed the ability of thinking

strategically. He is a qualified personality assessor and teaches Organizational

Bahaviour and Management Development subjects. He desires to introduce a

unique and novel approach termed as Selfonizational-Development, to attain

ultimate organizational productivity. Whereas ‘Youth’ in TSYD reflects a

synonym for enthusiasm, industriousness, motivation and for high aim and

meaningful purpose.

He doesn’t claim to be a coach/mentor/ trainer/corporate consultant or a

motivational speaker; But a Public Speaker. Desirous to speak to you what you

already know, but don’t know.
